Ditsch in Konstanz

I just want to praise your Ditsch pretzel kiosk in Konstanz. Super-friendly staff who have everything under control even when there is a lot of traffic. Even long queues at the counter are served very quickly and very friendly. It is a real pleasure to choose and order from the full range there. When I look at other Ditsch branches in southern Germany, especially the one in Singen, which has now finally been closed, there are sometimes hardly any products on display. And when they do, they don't make a good impression. The few things that are burnt in the dark often look as if they were left over from the day before. I know some Ditsch branches and often come by with several people in tow. Only in Constance can I expect rapid clearance, even with 15 people. I often have to go to other branches because some things have to be baked first, even if different products are selected. One more thing, if the supervisory staff is occasionally on site, it shouldn't be so lousy, especially not so that the customers have to overhear everything, such as the last weekend in November. It was very busy there in Constance and yet I got the orders with 15 companions in no time at all. Well, that had to be said now. Alf Tenner

Pizza and cash were always nicely alternated with the bare hands. Cruel taste

The middle-aged employee with a foreign accent is the unfriendliness in person and is even insulting, called me stupid in front of other customers. I have written to Ditsch several times in this regard, but there has never been any feedback, apparently such behavior is not undesirable there. Nobody there has heard of the mask requirement either.

You won't find any friendly staff here, it seemed to me that the ladies with the foreign accent preferred to use their smartphones rather than serve the annoying customers. The baked goods were also only mediocre. The pizza base was soft and, in my opinion, had not been fully baked. The prices are okay.

Super friendly staff and delicious pizza at fair prices. I always like to go there to treat myself to a veggie pizza :)

Very unfriendly and understanding service! Card payment not possible because the reader is defective. Then I scraped up all my small change to hear that she only accepts coins from 20 cent and larger ...

I tend between two and three stars. Two, because the pizza stall was not going through at all. I was there with my little daughter - would not give her such a pommel again. three stars because it tasted good. Only just, unfortunately not topping and "bread", but toppings and "dough". Pity! Had a better memory of the past ...

Absolutely love their pizza. Very inexpensive, and lovely staff.

Here the male staff gives the Orient less change. I paid 20 euros for 8 euros, and 5 euros for a single 20 cents coin. I thought it would be a little conscientious.

Great range, friendly staff, not expensive. Would definitely go again. P.S. They have Dinkel/Spelt loaves of bread for anyone interested.
